Introduction

Opinions matter. Students will be able to identify and understand opinions, as well as compare their own with others. Students will demonstrate understanding by writing their own opinion pieces and sharing with their peers.

CCSS.ELA-LITERACY.W.3.1. Write opinion pieces on topics or texts, supporting a point of view with reasons.
